HERE IS WHAT OTHER METS FANS HAVE TO SAY:

Hot Foot
April 21, 2022
BREAKING NEWS: I just learned that the official color of Lindor's hair this year has been, as he calls it, "Seafoam Green". I only learned that from listening to the SF KNBR broadcast on April 19, 2022. His helmet came off in the 5th inning when he drove in the tying run, and one of the Giants broadcasters (I think Dave Fleming) said that's what Lindor calls it: Seafoam Green.

Yet, whenever Howie and Wayne have described his hair color this year, I swear, they call it "a shade of blue". It's almost they are trying to cover up for his questionable choice of hair color. Now I'll be waiting for the day when the Mets PR department finally decides to allow Howie and Wayne to release this information.

By the way, I had actually seen Lindor's hair in color photos before I learned this news, but I would have described it as "aqua", not "seafoam green". I know they are basically the same, but "seafoam green" is sure a whole heck of a lot more specific than "a shade of blue". In my humble opinion, Seafoam Green looks more appropriate for Miami (or perhaps a late-'70's era Shea Stadium), but it agrees with Lindor (so far) this year. Last year, his average never rose above .250 but this year, with Seafoam Green, he reached a .310 batting average yesterday before an 0-5 performance tonight dropped him down to .277 as of this writing.

P.S., Kudos to the Giants broadcasting team for enlightening me. I'm not a Giants fan at all, but I can confidently say that KNBR presents by far the best, most professional MLB radio broadcast (including pre and postgame shows). If (or when) the Mets aren't playing, I always find Jon Miller and Co. to be an excellent backup. I'm not saying I like listening to Jon Miller and Dave Fleming more than Howie and Wayne, but try listening to a Giants broadcast after a Giants-Mets game on a replay sometime, and you might learn something about the Mets that you never knew before, like "Seafoam Green".

Whattadiva……

Guy is soft as pudding, and looks to everyone but himself to “will” him (with prayers, good vibes, and standing ovations)……

Real fans don’t forget the crap you pulled with that other loser Baez, during the 5 minutes he was here.

How about you just hit the baseball, like you’re being paid $341MM to do?

*thumbs down*
