"Coach" is what we called Bob. Cause he knew everything. I played with Bob in 78 in Lynchburg and 79 in Jackson. A good guy. A battler on the mound. Never forget Bob in Shreveport in 79. Must have been 100 degrees, high humidity. He must have thrown 130 pitches in that heat and when they finally took him out he came back to the bench and heaved his guts. A big basketball player. Was out at Wright State back in 03 for the girls AAU nationals and there on the wall in the Hall Of Fame was the "coach."
