I would have thought it was more. I knew he wasn't around all season but 7 ABs is nothing. I didn't remember he was on the '86 Mets until I read "The Bad Guys Won," and then the memory popped into my head. They did basically get him in case Keith Hernandez was going to be suspended or jailed because of the cocaine case. I guess they won't invite him to any Old-Timer's Days... Alex September 20, 2019 I briefly thought he was the father of former Devil Rays pitcher Tim Corcoran (2005-2007). They are of no relation after all ... outside of they were both members of Mets organization. '86 Corcoran ended his big league career with the Mets, while pitcher Corcoran started his pro career in their system, being drafted by them and spending 4 seasons in the minors.
